Whistler Real Estate cooled off a bit this week with only 3 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending January 31, 2010.

We saw only 3 sales of Whistler Property for the week. The biggest being 2540 Tricouni Place a 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom 2600 square foot house in Bayshores for $1,483,000. The other 2 remaining sales were 22 Snowridge a 2.5 bed/2 bath townhouseand older Alp on the side of Whistler Mountain in the Creekside for $692,000 and a exceptional buy of a one bedroom in Town Plaza for $293,000.
