Whistler Real Estate Active Listings and Sales Update as of April 4, 2010

We saw 2 sales of Whistler Real Estate for the week of March 29 to April 4, 2010.

27 Cedar Ridge a 4 bed/3.5 bathroom townhouse on the edge of Blackcomb Mountain for $1,400,000 and 45 Blackcomb Greens a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course for $672,500. Sales activity was down from the previous week which was some what of a surprise, with the higher level of interest most Realtors have been experiencing from Buyers. It will be interesting to see our sales volume for next week as it takes about 10 to 14 days for accepted offers to translate into firm deals.
