We saw 8 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending May 16, 2010 including 2 sales over $2,000,000. The biggest of the sale of the week was 8441 Golden Bear Place a 16,576 sq feet vacant lot in Nicklaus North for $2,300,000. The next highest sale for the week was 2593 Snowridge Crescent in Whistler Creekside. This 5 bed/4.5 bath log home overlooking the slopes of the famous Dave Murray Downhill ski run sold for $2,350,000. This gave us 15 sales in Whistler over $2,000,000 since January 1, 2010.

Our 6 remaining sales were a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse at 27 Painted Cliff slopeside to Blackcomb Mountain for $1,280,000 million.  Followed by 8 Arrowhead Point a 2bed/2bath townhouse which is across the street from the Painted Cliff complex sold for $740,000.  89 Twin Lakes a 4 bed/4.5 bath townhouse adjacent Alpha Lake in Whistler Creekside sold for $780,000. 

The remaining 3 sales for the week were condos.  Starting with 2021-300 Karen Crescent a 3bed/2bath condo in Whistler Creek Lodge for $400,000, 610 Westin Resort a 1bed/1bath condo slopeside to Whistler/Blackcomb and lastly a 1bed/1bath confo 411-2111 Whistler Road in the Vale Inn sold for $180,000.  Click here to view the sold listing details for all of these sales.
