It was a very quiet first week of 2019 for Whistler real estate market with 3 property sales for the week of December 31, 2018 to January 6, 2019 in Whistler, BC. We did see some higher priced listings sell though. We saw 2 townhouse sales between $1,550,000 and $2,252,000 and 1 chalet sale at $4,500,000.
