We saw 6 sales of Whistler Property for the week. The biggest sale being 3205 Archibald Way a 5 bedroom/6.5 bathroom house in Alta Vista for $3,400,000. This 5000 sq foot house was the 9th sale in 2009 over $3,000,000 in Whistler. This is up 4 from 5 in 2009. The remaining 5 sales were between $143,000 for a Whistler Hilton studio unit to $1,342,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bedroom Alpine Meadows Chalet with a one bedroom suite.
