The two biggest sales of the week were a 3 /2 bath unit in Alpine Greens for $958,000 and 4662 Montebello Place in the first phase of Montbello complex for $910,000 for this 3 bedroom/2bathroom townhouse adjacent Whistler Village. This was seen as a very attractive buy as the townhouse had been listed for $1,250,000. The remaining 3 sales were between $599,000 for a old cabin in Alpine to $295,000 for a one bedroom in the Westin Resort and Spa.
