What a difference a week makes! We saw 11 sales of Whistler Property this past week. This was the most real estate property sales we have seen in Whistler going back to the week ending November 8, 2009 when we saw 12 sales. All of the sales were under $930,000.
The highest sale was 6142 Eagle Drive a 4 bed/3 bath duplex in Whistler Cay Estates for $930,000. It was followed by 8730 Wedgeview Place a older 3 bed/1.5 bedroom old timer chalet with great views for $720,000.
We saw 3 sales of Blackcomb Benchland and Whistler Village 2 bedroom townhouses $540,000 for a Woods unit, $500,000 for a Stoneridge and $501,000 for a Glacier Reach Whistler Village townhouse. Other sales were a 8133 Cedar Springs an Alpine Meadows triplex that went for $10,500 over the asking price for $505,000. Our last 4 sales were all under $300,000. A Tamarisk 1 bedroom for $292,000, an Alpine Villas 1 bedroom for $193,000, a Four Seasons studio for$206,000 and a Blackcomb Springs studio for $110,000.
