The highest sale was 1-6101 Eagle Drive a 3.5 bed/3.5 bath townhouse for $1,950,000. Followed by 6242 Eagle Drive a 4 bed/3bath 1988 single family home for $1,300,000. The final sale was a vacant 10,444 sq foot lot at 6257 Palmer Drive for $935,000.
The four other sales for the week were 6650 Cedar Grove Lane a 1975 older chalet with 3 beds/2 baths in Whistler Cay Estates for $825,000. A 3bed/2bath duplex in Whistler Creekside at 2226 Gondola Way for $740,000. 2 Symphony a Whistler Village 2 bed/2.5 bath townhouse for $525,000 and lastly 11-2007 Karen Crescent a 1971 1 bedroom townhouse for $199,500.
