The biggest sale was a 4 bedroom/3bath townhouse adjacent Whistler Moutain in the Creekside at 10 Heights for $1,187,000. Our next sale was an outstanding by of a 5 bed/3bath single family houseat 8154 Meadows Lane in the poplar Alpine Meadows neighborhood for $755,000. This home had huge amount of interest and went for $16,000 over the asking price. Our last was 303 First Tracks Lodge at the base of Whistler Creekside Gondola a ski in/ski out 1.5 bed/2 bath condo for $545,000.
