This was followed by a duplex 2618 Callaghan Drive in Bayshores for $700,000 with 4 beds/3baths.
The remaining 3 sales for the week were a Whistler Village townhouse 81 Lagoons a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath for $650,000, 323 Greyhawk a 2 beds/2.5 baths condo in Blueberry Hills and lastly a 2404/2406 Delta Suites a 2 bed/2 bath Whistler Village condo.
