Our largest sale of the week was 4839 Casabella Crescent a townhouse in Montebello adjacent to Whistler Vilalge with 3.5 beds/3.5 baths for $1,305,000. This was $6000 above the asking price. Our next sale 8329 Rainbow Drive in Alpine Meadows a 3bed/2bath house with 2 bed suite for $860,000. We then saw 3162 St Moritz Crescent a 2 bed/2bath townhouse sell for $660,000 in Blueberry Hill Estates. The next sale was a townhouse at Glacier's Reach 98-4388 Northlands Boulevard a 2bed/2bath for $430,000.
