Our second largest sale of the week was 33-4737 Spearhead Drive a 3bed/3 bath townhouse on the Blackcomb Benchlands in the Forest Trails complex sold for $730,000.
We saw a 4bed/3bath Twin Lakes townhouse 55-1200 Alta Lake Road for $670,000. This was followed by 9408 Deerhorn Place in Emerald Estates a 3 bed/2 bath chalet with a 2 bed suite for $640,000 and 103-4865 Painted Cliff in the Snowbird complex a 2bed/1.5 bath for $616,000.
We saw 2 Whistler Village Condos sell 405-4314 Main Street in the Town Plaza complex sell for $426,880 and 2214-4299 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2ath condo in the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre for $487,000.
