Our second largest sale of the week was 10-4737 Spearhead Drive a 3bed/2.5 bath townhouse on the Blackcomb Benchlands in the Forest Trails complex sold for $765,000. We then saw 1205-3050 Hillcrest Drive a 2bed/2bath Alta Vista Pointe townhouse for $500,000.
