This was followed closely by a Gleneagles Blackcomb Benchlands townhouse 23-4636 Blackcomb Way a 3bed/3bath for $1,030,000.
9-3102 Panorama Road, a renovated Suncrest townhouse with 3bed/2bath sold for $504,000 in the Brio neighborhood of Whistler. This was followed by 9376 Emerald Drive a 2 bed/1.5 bath house with a 3 bed suite in Emerald Estates for $420,000. You have to go back to August 31, 2000 to see a sale at this low a sale price for a Whistler single family house.
