The next highest sale for the week was1546 Tynebridge Lane a 4bed/4bath house in the Spring Creek sold for $1,950,000. We then saw the sale of 16-4857 Painted Cliff Road in Foxglove a 3.5 bed/2.5 bath townhouse on the Blackcomb Benchlands for $886,000. This was followed closely by 3116 St. Moritz Crescent a Blueberry Hill townhouse 3.5bed/3.5bath for $875,000. Next was 6-2641 Whistler Road in Powderwood townhouse complex for $725,000.
Our first condo sale of the week was in Town Plaza in Whistler Village 245-4314 Main Street a 2bed/2bath sold for $410,000. Next was 105-3070 Hillcrest Drive a 2bed/1bath in unit in Alta Vista 2 for $359,000.
