We saw 7 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending November 7, 2010. The highest sale being 4934 Horstman Lane for $4,000,000 for 5bed/4.5bath 4495 sq foot house on the Blackcomb Benchlands. This was the 11th sale of the year over $3,000,000 in 2010 for real estate in Whistler, BC.
The next highest sale for the week was 31-2250 Nordic Drive a 4bed/3.5 bath townhouse in Taluswood sold for $1,225,000. We then saw the sale of 7-4894 Painted Cliff Road in Mountain Star a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse on the Blackcomb Benchlands for $995,000. This was followed by 2120 Lake Placid Road a triplex unit with 3 bed/3 bath unit with a 2 bed/1 bath suite for $640,000.
The next two were 2bed/2bath townhouse units. -5-4652 Blackcomb Way in the Woods a renovated townhouse sold for $582,000 and 87-4388 Northlands Boulevard in Glacier's Reach sold for $419,000.
