The next highest sale for the week was 17-2269 Nordic Drive a 3bed/2.5 bath townhouse in the Ridge in Taluswood sold for $1,000,000.
We then saw the sale of 511-4910 Spearhead Place in Woodrun a 2.5 bed/2 bath townhouse slopeside on Whistler/Blackcomb Moutain for $855,000. This was followed by28-4857 Painted Cliff Road a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse for $765,000.
Our first chalet sale of the week was 8231 Mountain View Drive a 4bed/1.5 bath house with 1bed/1bath suite for $762,500. This was the 73rd chalet sale of 2010 in Whistler.
We then saw 2 townhouse sales. 54-2544 Snowridge Circle at 3bed/3bath townhouse in Snowridge adjacent Whistler Mountain in the Creekside for $650,000. 45-6800 Crabapple Drive a 2bed/2bath unit in Alta Lake Resort sold for $425,000.
Our last 3 sales of the week were condos. 4-7001 Nesters Road in the Blackcomb Condos 2bed/1bath for $215,000. Next was 550-4090 Whistler Way a 1bed/1bath sold for $210,000.
