This was the 95th sale of the year over $1,000,000 in 2010 for real estate in Whistler, BC.
The next highest sale for the week was 4805 Casabella Crescent a 3bed/3.5 bath townhouse in Montebello, which sold for $970,000.
Our three final sales of the week were all 1 bedroom units. The first was a condo unit in the Windwhistle in Whistler Village at 301-4111 Golfers Approach, a large 1 bed/1 bath 800 sq feet renovated unit for $390,000. This was followed by 96-4335 Northlands Boulevard a Lagoons townhouse that was converted from a studio unit to a very nicely done 1 bed/1 bath unit for $300,000.
