We saw 12 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending December 5, 2010. The highest sale of the week being 3305 Peak Drive in Blueberry Hill Estates, a 5bed/5bath 3500 square foot house for$2,950,000 . This was $800,000 less then it's original list price of $3,750,000.
The next highest sale for the week was 2529 Whistler Road a 3.5bed/2 bath older home built in 1971 adajcent the slopes of Whistler Mountain in Whistler Creekside, which sold for $780,000. This was followed by 2229 Gondola Way a duplex in Whistler Creekside for $720,000.
Our next three sales of the week were all 2 bedroom units. The first was a 28-4652 Blackcomb Way in the Woods for $579,000. This was followed by 313-4660 Blackcomb Way a 2 bed/2bath condo in Lost Lake Lodge for $569,000. 42-4335 Northlands Boulevard a Lagoons 2bed/2bath Whistler Village townhouse for $490,000.
The sixth sale of the week was a Rainbow duplex at 8185 Crazy Canuck Drive. I normally don't include resident restricted housing in my blog, but this unit was listed and sold on the Whistler Listing System and sold for $485,000.
322-4338 Main Street was a Whistler Village condo in Tyndall Stone Lodge with 1.5 beds/1bath for $445,536. Our last 2bed/1bath sale for the week was 23-4725 Spearhead Drive in the Blackcomb Benchlands for $424,800.
The last 3 sales for the week were all condo units. The first two were both in Town Plaza in Whistler Village. 452-4314 Main Street a 1bed/1bath condo unit in DeerLodge part of Town Plaza for $330,000 and 224-4314 Main Street a studio/1bath for $262,000.
