It was another double digit week for sales of Whistler property with 13 sales for the week ending December 19, 2010. The highest weekly total sales volume for all of 2010! One above the previous high of 12.
The largest sale for the week was a vacant lot in Nita Lake Estates at 5205 Jordan Lane. The 1 acre lot was originally listed for $1,250,000 and sold for $1,025,000.
Our next two sales were townhouses. The first one being 13-2250 Nordic Drive a 2bed/2bath updated Taluswood unit for $638,000. Followed by a 3bed/2bath townhouse in Lagoons at 86-4335 Northlands Boulevard for $600,000 in Whistler Village.
The next 5 sales were all condo units. Starting with 511/512-4591 Blackcomb Way for $585,000 for 2 bed/2 bath condo in Four Seasons Resort. This was a big drop from it's orginal list price $899,000. Our next 3 sales were all ski in/ski out on Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain. Starting with 216-4910Spearhead Drive a 1.5 bed/2 bath condo unit in Woodrun for $570,000. Followed by neighbouring 2 bed/2 bath unit in Greystone 107-4905 Spearhead Place sold for $535,000 . Lastly was 309-4800 Spearhead Drive a penthouse 1bed/1bath unit in the Aspens for $500,000. The last sale of the 5 was a 2 bed/2 bath unit in Lost Lake Lodge 224-4660 Blackcomb Way for $474,500.
The next 3 sales for the week were all townhouses. Starting with 88-4388 Northlands Boulevard a 2bed/2bath unit in Glacier's Reach in Whistler Village for $400,000. 15-2301 Whistler Road, a 2.5 bedroom/1 bath unit for $365,000 in one oldest complexes in Whistler the Whistler Highlands built in 1968. This was followed by 22-8003 Timber Lane a 2bed/1bath unit in Holzern Haus in Alpine Meadows.
Next was 101-2221 Gondola Way in Sundance a 2bed/2bath condo for $325,000. The last sale of the week was 314-4369 Main Street , a Phase 2 studio condo in the Alpenglow in Whistler Village for $133,000. Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties.
