We saw 9 sales of Whistler Real Estate for the week ending January 23, 2011. The highest total of 2011 after a couple sluggish weeks. The highest sale of the week was 233/234-4591 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2bath suite in the luxrious Four Seasons hotel. The original list price for the condo was $849,000, so the Buyer got quite the deal.

We saw 9 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending January 23, 2011.  The highest total of 2011 after a couple sluggish weeks.   The highest sale of the week  was 233/234-4591 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2bath suite in the luxrious Four Seasons hotel.  The original list price for the condo was $849,000, so the Buyer got quite the deal.  This was followed by 45-4325 Northlands Boulevard  in Whistler Village, a 3bed/2 bath townhouse in Sunpath for $610,000. 

Our next sale was a 2bed/2bath condo in 226-4660 Blackcomb Way in Lost Lake Lodge on the Blackcomb Benchlands for $467,000.  This was followed by 3-2213 Marmot Place a1bed/1bath in the Courtyard complex of Whistler Creekside.  Next were two Phase 2 properties starting with 424-4899 Painted Cliff Road a 2bed/2bath in the Coast Whistler Hotel slopeside on the side of Blackcomb Mountain in the Blackcomb Springs for $253,000 and 235-4591 Blackcomb Way in the Four Seasons Hotel a studio unit for $215,000.

Our next 3 sales were all $200,000 and below, starting with 201/201-2021 Karen Crescent a 1bed/2bath unit in the Whistler Creek Lodge for $200,000.  Next was GP2-1400 Alpha Lake Road a studio unit in Tamarisk.  Our last of the week was 426-4295 Blackcomb Way a phase 2 2bed/1bath in the Holiday Inn for $128,000.  Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties.
