The highest sale of the week was 2453 Snow Valley Place for $2,300,000 a 4 bed/4bath house in Whistler Creekside. This was the first sale over the $2,000,000 mark in Whistler this year!

We saw 9 sales of  Whistler real estate for the week ending January 30, 2011 including 4 over the million dollar mark.   The highest sale of the week  was 2453 Snow Valley Place for $2,300,000 a  4 bed/4bath house in Whistler Creekside.  This was the first sale over the $2,000,000 mark in Whistler this year!

Our next 3 sales were right around the million mark, starting with 3-4150 Tantalus Drive in Northern Lights for $1,068,750 for a 4bed/3.5 bath townhouse.   The original list price for the home was $1,495,000.  Next was 9294 Emerald Drive a 4.5 bed/3 bed log house in Emerald Estate with a 1bed suite for $1,030,000.  Our last sale of the week over million mark was a vacant lot at 6152 Eagle Drive in Whistler Cay Heights for $1,000,000.

Our next two sales were Blackcomb Benchland townhouses starting with 1-4636 Blackcomb Way in Gleneagles complex a 3 bed/3 bath townhouse for $825,000.  Next was 11-4628 Blackcomb Way bed/2bath in neighboring Alpine Greens for $715,000.

 Our final three sales of the week were al in Whistler Creekside.  Starting with 316-2050 Lake Placid Road a 1.5 bed/1bath condo in Lake Placid Lodge.  The next two sales were both townhouses.  We saw the very popular #5 unit in Gondola Village with the big deck and higher ceilings for a 1 bed/1 bath at 5-2138 Sarajevo unit sell for $285,000.  Lastly was a 1bed/1bath in neighboring Courtyard complex 8-2213 Marmot Place sell for $276,000. Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties.
