We saw 10 sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending February 6, 2011 including our first sale over the four million dollar mark. 63- 4617 Blackcomb Way for $4,050,000 a 4.5 bed/5 bath condo in the exclusive Four Season Private Residences.
We had one other sale over the million dollar mark 5-3554 Falcon Crescent in Falcon's Nest complex of Blue Berry Hill Estates a 4 bed/3 bed 2224 sq foot townhouse sold for $1,112,500.
After that all the remaining 8 sales were below the million mark. 3145 Tyrol Crescent a 5bed/3bath, 2600 sq foot log home in Alta Vista sold for $785,000. The remaining 7 sales were under $430,000 starting with 56-4388 Northlands Boulevard in Glaciers Reach a 2bed/2bath townhouse in Whistler Village. Next was 23-3102 Panorama Ridge in Suncrest in Brio a 2bed/2bath, 904 sq foot townhouse for $417,000.
Our next two sales were Phase 2 condo in Whistler Village units starting with 871/872-4090Whistler Way in the Westin Resort and Spa a 2bed/2bath unit for $380,000. This unit was originally listed for $599,000. Our second Phase 2 sales was a 1 bed/1bath unit in the Four Seasons Resort Hotel, 316-4591 Blackcomb Way for $330,000 down from the original list price of $515,000.
We then saw a 1bed/1bath, 571 sq foot Whistler Creekside townhouse, in Powderview 21-2217 Marmot Place sell for $245,000 down from the original list of $315,000. The next townhouse sale was Whistler Village unit in Symphony complex a studio townhouse unit at 41-4385 Northlands Boulevard for $265,000.
