All the sales for the week were under $930,000 with the highest sale being 2305 Cayley Close a 4 bed/3bath house in Bayshores subdivision for $930,000. The original asking price was $1,249,000 when it was listed on October 20, 2010.
Our next highest sale for the week was 360-4800 Spearhead Drive a slopeside 2bed/2bath condo on Whistler/Blackcomb mountain in the Aspens which sold for $720,000. We then saw a 2bed/2bath condo 307-8080 Nicklaus Boulevard in Nicklaus North Club House sell for $647,000.
We then saw two townhouse sales starting in Whistler Village with 21-4355 Northlands Boulevard in the Northstar complex a 2 bed/2bath unit sell for $577,500. The next sale was in Alta Vista 116-3070 Hillcrest Drive a 2 bed/1bath in Alta Vista 2 sell for $315,000.
Our final 3 sale of the week were all condos starting with E-104-1400-Alta Lake Road a 1 bed/1bath in Tamarisk for $295,000. The last two sales of the week were studio units in the Four Seasons Resort Hotel 820 and 821-4591 Blackcomb Way each sold for $235,000.
