We saw 7 sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending February 20, 2011. Our highest sale for the week was 2-7124 Nancy Greene Drive a 4bed/3.5 bath, 2707sq feet townhouse in Fitzsimmons Walk complex in White Gold.
The next highest sale for the week was for $838,000 for 8245 Valley Drive in Alpine Meadows. This house was a court ordered sale. This was followed by 6716 Crabapple Drive a 3bed/2bath house in Whistler Cay Estates.
8008 Cypress Place a vacant lot with 12,275 sq foot lot in the new Cypress Place in Nicklaus North sold for $779,000. This was down significantly from original list price of $1,185,000.
Our final three sales for the week were studio units. The first one was 501-4591 Blackcomb Way in the Four Seasons Resort Hotel for $220,000 and 210-4320 Sundial Crescent in the Pan Pacific Lodge for $217,000.
