Our highest sale for the week was 61-4617 Blackcomb Way a 4bed/5 bath, 3654 sq feet condo in Four Seasons Private Residences for $4,100,000. This is our second sale of the year over $4,000,000 in 2011 and both were in the Four Seasons Private Residences.

We saw 9 sales of  Whistler real estate for the week ending February 27, 2011.  Our highest sale for the week was 61-4617 Blackcomb Way a 4bed/5 bath, 3654 sq feet condo in Four Seasons Private Residences for $4,100,000.  This is our second sale of the year over $4,000,000 in 2011 for Whistler and both were in the Four Seasons Private Residences.

The next highest sale for the week was for $1,841,000 for 3137 Alta Vista Road a 3500 sq feet house in Alta Vista with 4 bed/4.5 bath with a 2 bed suite.  

We saw two foreclosure sales next.  7107 Nesters Road a 5 bed/5 bath house for $1,351,888 in Nesters.   This court ordered sale and ended up going above the asking price of $1,299,000.  6104 Eagle Drive also a foreclosure went for$1,106,000 for this 8 bed/3 bath Whistler Cay Heights house.

Our first townhouse sale of the week  21-2250 Nordic Drive in Taluswood a 2.5 bed/2.5 bath unit for $825,000.  Next was 9 Garibaldi Drive a 4 bed/3.5 bath house in Black Tusk for $750,000.

Next was 2228 Gondola Way a duplex with 3 beds/2baths in Whistler Creekside sold for $700,000.

Our first Whistler Village townhouse sale for the week was 16-4375 Northlands Boulevard in Valhalla in Whistler Village a 2 bed/2.5 bath townhouse sold for $600,000.

Our last sale of the week was 59-1500 Spring Creek Drive in Bear Ridge a 3.5 bed/1.5 bath townhouse for $360,000.  This unit in Spring Creek was a WHA house.   Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties
