Our highest sale for the week was 3426 Blueberry Drive a 4 bed/6 bath, 3493 sq feet house in Blueberry Hill Estates for $2,600,000. This property was listed for $3,500,000, so the purchaser negotiated quite the reduction. The BC Assessment Authority had the property value at $3,263,000.

The next highest sale for the week was 6405 St. Andrew's Way a 5bed/3.5 bath house in Whistler Cay Estates for $1,460,000 in Whistler Cay Heights.  

We then saw our first condo sale of the week at the bottom of Whistler Mountain in the Creekside 111-2202 Gondola Way a 2bed/2bath in First Tracks Lodge for $795,000 for this 1232 sq feet unit.

Our next five sales were all townhouse sales.  Starting with 27-2211 Marmot Place a 4bed/2bath unit in Gondola Heights for $570,000 in Whistler Creekside.  Next was 1004-3050 Hillcrest Drive in Alta Vista Pointe was a 3bed/2bath which went for $6000 over the asking price for $555,000.  Next was another Whistler Creekside 2.5 bed/1bath townhouse in Courtyard at 10-2213 Marmot Place for $348,000.  

Our final two townhouse sales of the week were both in Highpointe in Nordic Estates starting with 6-2101 Whistler Way a 1.5 bed/1bath sold for $282,000 and 1-2101 Whistler Road sold for $242,500.   Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties
