Our highest Whistler real estate sale for the week was 57-4617 Blackcomb Way a 2 bed/2 bath, 1504 sq feet house in the Four Seasons Private Residences for $1,525,000. This was the 3rd sale of 2011 in the Four Seasons Private Residences.
The next highest sale for the week was 8171 Meadow Lane a 5.5bed/2.5 bath house with a 1 bed suite in Alpine Meadows for $1,000,000. The house was originally listed for $1,250,000. Next was 8125 Cedar Springs a 7 bed/3 bath house in Alpine Meadows which went for it's asking price of $800,000.
We then saw our first condo sale of the week at thePan Pacific Whistler Village Centre, 4419-4299 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2bath unit sold for $529,000 for this 1016 sq feet unit.
