We saw 10 sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending March 27, 2011. Our highest sale of the week was 15-7124 Nancy Greene Drive in the Fitzsimmons Walk complex in White Gold. This 4 bed/3.5 bath, 2,456 sq foot unit sold for $1,900,000 which was down $275,000 from it's original asking price.

We saw 10 sales of  Whistler real estate for the week ending March 27, 2011.  Our highest sale of the week was 15-7124 Nancy Greene Drive in the Fitzsimmons Walk complex in White Gold.  This 4 bed/3.5 bath, 2,456 sq foot unit sold for $1,900,000  which was down $275,000 from it's original asking price.

The remaining 9 sales of the week were below $832,000 starting with 210-6117 Eagle Drive a 3bed/2.5 bath townhouse in Sunrise for $832,000 in Whistler Cay Heights neighborhood.  Next was 8-2323 Taluswood Place a 2bed/2bath Bluffs townhouse for $670,000.  We then saw a 3 bed/3 bath townhouse in Twin Lakes, 121-1200 Alta Lake Road for $520,000.

The final 6 sales of the week were all under $254,000.  This was lead by an Adventures West studio townhouse 304-6850 Crabapple Drive for $254,000 on the shores of Alta Lake.  We then had 5 slopeside ski in/ski out condo properties.  144-4899 Painted Cliff Road in the Blackcomb Springs sold for $240,000.  Next was a Westin 1bed/1bath 314-4090 Whistler Way for $225,000.  This was followed by a stusio suite in the Four Seasons 353-4591 Blackcomb Way for $219,000 which was $20,000 over the asking price.  Our final two sales of the week were studio suites in the Westin at 4090 Whistler Way.  First was suite 852 for $170,000 and suite 302 for $154,000.  Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties.
