We saw 7 sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending April 3, 2011. Our highest sale of the week was 1581 Tynebridge Lane in Spring Creek neighborhood of Whistler. This 4 bed/3.5 bath, 3000 sq foot house sold for $1,650,000 which was down $305,000 from it's original asking price.
The next sale of the week was a Blue Hill Estates townhouse 2-3525 Falcon Crescent. This 3bed/3 bath, 1857 sq foot townhouse sold for $1,040,000. Next was7212 South Fitzsimmons Road in White Gold, this older house offered 2beds/1bath and large 10080 sq foot lot for $780,000. We then head to go down to Blacktuxk Village which saw 48 Garibaldi Drive a 5 bed/3bath, 2780 sq foot house sell for $753,000.
Our next two sales were townhouse sales, starting first with 5-4636 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2bath Gleneagles townhouse for $548,768 and followed by40- 6800 Crabapple Drive a 2 bed/2bath townhouse for $425,000.
