Our next highest sale was a lakefront older cabin on Alta Lake. 3125 Alta Vista Road has 3beds/1bath and was built in 1967. It sold for $841,000. This was $2000 over the asking price.
We then saw a 3bed/2 bath, 1033 sq foot townhouse at 302-2222 Castle Drive in Nordic sell for $575,000.
