We saw 9 property sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending June 19, 2011. The highest sale for the week was 7257 Spruce Grove Way in Spruce Grove. This 3 bed/3.5 bath, 2,350 sq feet house sold for $1,700,000. The house listed and sold at full asking price in one day. This was followed by 3310 Panorama Ridge a log house in Brio with 3 beds/2 baths and 2 bed suite for $1,185,000.
We then saw five townhouse sales, starting with 4881 Casabella Crescent a Montebello townhouse a 3bed/3 bath, 1373 sq feet at the very appealing price of $1,005,000. Next was a 3bed/3bath, 1635 sq foot townhouse at 18-2250 Nordic Drive in Taluswood which sold for $800,000. Our third townhouse of the week was 44-4325 Northlands Boulevard in the Lagoons complex, a 1bed/1bath which sold for $334,000. Our fourth townhouse sale of the week was 11-8003 Timber Lane, a 3 bed/1 bath in Holzern Haus in Alpine Meadows which sold for $300,000. Our final townhouse sale of the week was as studio at 205-6850 Crabapple Drive in Adventures West on Alta Lake for $215,000.
Our first condo sale for the week was a 422 sq foot studio condo at 411-4899 Painted Cliff Road on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain in the Blackcomb Springs which sold for $112,000.
