We saw 9 property sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending June 26, 2011. The highest sale for the week was 5448 Stonebridge Place with 7 bed/8.5 baths this luxury home was listed for $10,999,999 in October of 2009 and just sold for $8,700,000 this past week. This is the highest priced sale in Whistler in 2011.
We had one other sale above million at 20-8030 Nicklaus North Boulevard in the Englewood Greens townhouse complex. This 4 bed/3.5 bath, 2,100 sq feet townhouse sold for $1,315,000.
Our next highest sale was a rare Baseline townhouse, 2218 Taylor Way in Whistler Creekside which sold for $950,000 for 3 bed/3.5 bath, 1800 sq feet unit. This was followed by 8706 Wedgeview Place a 2.5 bed/2bath chalet in Alpine Meadows for $650,000. This older home built in 1972 had outstanding views.
Our first condo sale of the week was 123-3309 Ptarmigan Place a 2bed/2bath unit in Greyhawk for $613,000. We had two Greyhawk 2 bedroom condo sales with 212-3317 Ptarmigan Place also selling for $505,000. The lone remaining condo sale of the week was 402-4821 Spearhead Drive a 3 bed/3 bath Powderhorn unit for $510,000.
Our last two sales were townhouse units. 7-4857 Painted Cliff Road in Foxglove a 2 bed/2 bath townhouse in the Blackcomb Benchlands sold for $524,000 and 34-2720 Cheakamus Way a 2 bed/1bath in Eaglecrest sold for $384,000. Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties.
