Our next highest sale of the week was a single family house in Alpine Meadows with 5 beds/3baths at 8101 Camino Drive which sold for $766,000.
Our highest townhouse sale of the week was also in Alta Vista, 1401-3050 Hillcrest Drive in the Alta Vista Pointe complex. This 3.5 bed/3 bath townhouse sold for $720,000. This unit was orginally listed for $829,000.
We then saw the sale of a Whistler Creekside 2.5 bed/2 bath townhouse in the London Lane complex steps from the Creekside Gondola for $511,900.
