After a couple of quieter weeks for real estate sales of Whistler property, we saw 10 sales for the week ending July 24, 2011. The highest sale for the week was 7449 Treetop Lane a 4 bed/5.5 bath sold for $4,390,625 in Nesters subdivision. This was the fifth sale over $4,000,000 this year in Whistler.

After a couple of quieter weeks for real estate sales of Whistler property, we saw 10 sales for the week ending July 24, 2011. The highest sale for the week was 7449 Treetop Lane a 4 bed/5.5 bath sold for $4,390,625 in Nesters subdivision.  This was the fifth sale over $4,000,000 this year in Whistler.  Our next highest sale was 6218 Eagle Drive in Whistler Cay Heights.  This 2.5 bed/2bath house sold for $1,234,000.

We then saw 8 more sales below the $1, 000,000 mark for the week, starting with 21-2324 Taluswood Place in the Heights.  This 3bed/3bath Nordic townhouse sold for $960,000.  This was followed by a Alpine Meadows single family house 8309 Valley Drive a 3bed/2.5 bath for $855,000. Next was a 2bed/1bath Nordic townhouse in Nordic Vistas 101-2101 Castle Drive for $310,000.  We then saw an employee restricted 2bed/1bath townhouse at 82-1500 Spring Creek Drive sell for $281,000.

Our final 4 sales for the week were all Phase 2 condos.  Starting with 863-4090 Whistler Way a 1bed/1bath condo in the Westin Resort and Spa for $220,000.  Next was 1231-4308 Main Street a studio in the Delta Suites for $112,500.  Our final 2 sales of the week were Holiday Inn studio units.  312-4295 Blackcomb Way sold for $66,000 and 403-4295 Blackcomb Way sold for $65,000..
