The highest sale for the week was 6368 Fairway Drive a 4.5 bed/4 bath single fmaily house in Whistler Cay Heights for $1,175,000. Our next highest sale of the week was a single family house in Alpine Meadows with 4 beds/2.5 baths and 1 bed suite at 8322 Rainbow Drive which sold for $1,040,000.
Our highest townhouse sale of the week was in Blackcomb Benchlands, 4-4894Painted Cliff Road in the Mountain Star complex. This 2.5 bed/2 bath townhouse sold for $779,000. This unit was orginally listed for $899,000 on March 23, 2011. This was followed by two more Blackcomb Benchland townhouse. 6-4637 Blackcomb Way in Snowberry at 2.5 bed/2 bath sold for $625,000 and 10-4636 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2 bath in the Gleneagles complex adajcent the Chateau Whistler Golf Course sold for $618,000.
We then saw the sale of a Bayshores 4 bed/2 bath townhouse at 2309-H Brandywine Way for $410,000.
