The highest sale for the week was 2560 Snowridge Crescent a 6 bed/4 bath single fmaily house adajcent the world famous Dave Murray Downhill on Whistler/Blackcomb for $2,500,000. Our next highest sale of the week was a single family house in Spruce Grove with 4.5 beds/4 baths at 7179 Spruce Grove Circle which sold for $1,200,000.
Our highest townhouse sale of the week was in 29-1530 Tynebridge Lane in Spring Creek neighborhood sold for $705,000 for this 3bed/2.5 bath Glades unit. Next was a 3 bed/2.5bath townhouse in Foxglove on the Blackcomb Benchlands, 36-4857 Painted Cliff Road sold for $655,000. This was followed by 54-4652 Blackcomb Way in the Woods complex for $615,000 for this 2bed/2bath. The last sale of the week was studio in Lagoons 51-4335 Northlands Blvd sold for $210,000.
