Our next highest sale was a Whistler Village townhouse in the Symphony complex. 15-4385 Northlands Boulevard a 3bed/2.5 bath sold for $488,000.sale of the week was in 29-1530 Tynebridge Lane in Spring Creek neighborhood sold for $705,000 for this 3bed/2.5 bath Glades unit. Next was a 1 bed/1bath townhouse in Smoketree in Whistler Cay Heights. 29-6125 Eagle Drive sold for $346,000. Our last sale of the week was also a townhouse in Adventures West along the shores of Alta Lake. 301-6850 Crabapple Drive a 1bed/1bath sold for $309,000.
