We saw 9 sales of Whistler property for the week ending September 4, 2011. The highest sale for the week was a house in Whistler Creekside at 2433 Los Lenas. This 4 bed/3.5 bath house also had a 2 bed suite. It sold for $1,434,000.
Our next highest sale was a Blueberry Hill Estates townhouse in the Falcon's Nest complex. 4-3554 Falcon Crescenta 3bed/2.5 bath sold for $1,390,000.Next was a Nordic single family house 2122 Castle Drive for $888,000 for this 3 bed/2.5 bath.
We than saw our first sale on the Blackcomb Benchlands for the week. 33-4857 Painted Cliff Road in Foxglove a 3.5bed/2.5 bath townhouse sold for $829,000. Next was 3122 St. Moritz Crescent a 2bed/2bath Blueberry Hill Estates townhouse for $730,000. 11-4737 Spearhead Drive in Forest Trails sold for $479,000 for this 2bed/2bath Forest Trails townhouse. Our last townhouse sale for the week was 6-2240 Gondola Way a 1.5bed/1bath Whistler Creek Ridge unit.
The final two sales of the week were both Phase 2 Whistler Village condos. 227-4220 Gateway Drive a 1bed/1 bath Blackcomb Lodge unit sold for $120,000.
