We saw 13 sales of Whistler property for the week ending September 25, 2011. Giving us two weeks in a row of double digit Whistler property sales. Our highest sale for the week was 51-4617 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2bath luxury condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences for $1,515,000. We saw one other sale above the Million Dollar mark at 2337 Gondola Way in Whistler Creekside, a 4bed/2.5bath single family house sold $1,125,000.
We then saw two single family home sales starting with 8324 Chalet Drive a 4bed/4.5 bath sell for $855,000 mark in Alpine Meadows and 58 Pinecrest Road a 7bed/4bath sold for $730,000 in Pinecrest.
Our first of 3 townhouse sales for the week was in Castle Ridge complex in Nordic Estates. 4-2104 Nordic Drive a 3bed/2.5bath sold for $578,000. This was followed by 2-7033 Nesters Road a 3 bed/2bath townhouse in the Nesters Condos for $555,000. Our last townhouse sale of the week was 75-2400 Cavendish Way a 2bed/1.5 bath unit in Whiski Jack in Nordic Estates for $390,000.
9368 Emerald Drive in Emerald Estates with 4 beds/2baths and 2 bed suite and 7462 Ambassador Crescent in White Gold with 3 bed/1.5 bath both sold for $825,000.
We saw then 3 condo sales all at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, starting with 416-4800 Spearhead Drive a 1bed/1bath condo in the Aspens for $322,000. Next was 317-4557 Blackcomb Way 205- a 1.5 bed/2bath Le Chamois unit for $305,000. Our last one was 206-4573 Chateau Boulevard in Glacier Lodge for $262,000.
116-2050 Lake Placid which is 1bed/1bath condo in Lake Placid Lodge sold for $247,000. 444-4314 Main Street a studio in the Town Plaza complex in Whistler sold for $190,000.
