We saw 9 sales of Whistler property for the week ending October 2, 2011. Our highest sale for the week was 4824 Casabella Crescent in Montebello, a 3bed/3bath for $1,082,000.This was the only sale for the week above the million dollar mark.
Our next highest sale for the week was 124-3309 Ptarmigan Place a 2 bed/2bath for $625,000 in Greyhawk complex in Blueberry Hill Estates. This was followed by 215-2222 Castle Drive in Nordic a 3 bed/2bath for $600,000. Next was 201-4821 Spearhead Drive in Powderhorn which sold for $500,000 for this 2.5bed/2bath condo on the Blackcomb Benchlands. Alta Vista Pointe complex was where we saw our next highest sale with 603-3050 Hillcrest Drive a 2.5 bed/1bath sold for $420,000.
The last four sales for the week were all condos. Starting with 130-4573 Chateau Boulevard a 1bed/1bath in the Glacier Lodge for $350,000. Next were two Westin 1bed/1baths 418-4090 Whistler Road sold for $236,000 and 372-4090 Whistler Road sold for $200,000.
