We saw 12 sales of Whistler property for the week ending October 9, 2011. Giving us double digit Whistler property sales for 3 of the last 4 weeks. Our highest sale for the week was 3135 St Moritz Crescent a 4bed/3.5 bath townhouse in Blueberry Hill Estates for $965,000. 18-4628 Blackcomb Way , a 3bed/2 bath townhouse sold in Alpine Greens sold for $894,000 in Blackcomb Benchlands.
First Tracks Lodge at the Whistler Mountain Creekside base area, saw it's fourth sale of 2011 with the sale of 517-2202 Gondola Way, a 2bed/2bath condo for $725,000. We then saw our only single family home sale of the week with 9222 Lakeshore Drive in Emerald Estates for $600,000. This 3bed/2bath went for $100 over it's asking price.
Our only sale of the week in Whistler Cay Heights was 43-6127 Eagleridge Crescent a 4 bed/2bath townhouse in Eagleridge. 3-7045 Nesters Road sold for $542,000 for this 4bed/3bath in Villa Sol complex. Next was a vacant lot in Alpine Meadows neighborhood 8262 Mountain View Drive sold for $485,000.
The first of two sales on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain was 15-4822 Spearhead Drive a 2bed/1bath in Stoneridge for $465,000. This was followed by a 1bed/1bath condo in the Aspens, 361-4800 Spearhead Drive sold for $360,000.
It was back to Whistler Creekside for the sale of 203-2129 Lake Placid Road in the Whistler Resort and Club for $217,000 for this 1.5bed/2 bath condo.
