We saw 13 sales of Whistler property for the week ending October 16, 2011. Giving us double digit Whistler property sales for 4 of the last 5 weeks. Our highest sale for the week was 3309 Peak Drive a 4bed/5 bath single family house in Blueberry Hill Estates for $3,400,000. This was the 7th sale over the $3,000,000 mark in 2011 for Whistler Property.
1-2324 Taluswood Place in the Heights was the only other sale over the $1,000,000 mark. This 4bed/3.5bath sold for $1,850,000 for this single family house. Next was 30-4628 Blackcomb Way in Alpine Greens sold for $910,000 for this 3bed/2bath.
9152 Emerald Drive a 4bed/2bath single family house in Emerald sold for $900,000. 3129 Alta Vista Road a 3bed/1.5 bath sold in Alta Vista sold for $810,000. 1-2153 Timber Ridge which at one time I was the owner of, sold for $532,000. When I sold the property in October 2001 it sold for $347,500.
Are only townhouse sale of the week on the Blackcomb Benchlands was 25-4737 Spearhead Drive, a 2bed/2bath Forest Trails townhouse for $523,000. Our only condo sale was 226/227-4573 Chateau Boulevard a 1bed/2 bath for $398,000 in Glacier Lodge.
3-2070 Garibaldi Way in Wayside Condos, a 4 bed/2bath sold for $495,000. Next was an Adventures West studio, 104-6850 Crabapple Drive sold for $210,000.
Our last 4 sales of the week were all Whistler Village Phase 2 studio sales. Starting with 301-4320 Sundial Crescent in the Pan Pacific Lodge for $206,000. Followd by 1012- 4090 Whistler Way in the Westin Resort and Spa for $158,000. The last two sales of the week was 1628 and 1604-4308 Main Street in the Delta Whistler Village Suites for $112,800.
