We saw 9 sales of Whistler property for the week ending October 30, 2011. We saw our 6th sale over $4,000,000 for Whistler real estate market this past week. 3815 Sunridge a 5.5 bed/6.5 bath, 5500 sq feet house in the prestigious Sunridge Plateau neighborhood sold for $4,475,000.
We saw two more sales above the $2,000,000 mark. Giving the Whistler real estate market 23 sales over the $2,000,000 mark for 2011. 5125 Old Gravel Road a 5bed/8bath house adjacent Nita Lake sold for $2,755,000 and 6373 Fairway Drive a 4.5 bed/3.5 bath house in Whistler Cay Heights sold for $2,575,000.
After 3 sales over the million dollar mark for the week, we saw our first below at 18-2250 Nordic Drive in Taluswood, this 3 bed/3 bath townhouse sold for $820,000. Next was a Blackcomb Benchlands 3bed/2bath townhouse in Treeline. 28-4661 Blackcomb Way sold for $840,000.
We then saw a 5bed/3bath, Pinecrest single family house at 51 Pinecrest Road sell for $725,000.
101-3217 Blueberry Drive in the Ironwood was our first condo sale of the week. This renovated 2bed/2bath sold for $480,000.
