We saw 9 sales of Whistler propertyfor the week ending December 25, 2011. Typically the week before Chirstmas is a quieter time for property sales, but this year it seems Buyers were in festive mood and wanting some early Christmas presents.
We had 4 condominium sales, 2 vacant land, 1 chalet and 2 townhouse. The condo sales were between $60,000 and $300,000. The vacant land were between $840,000 and $1,065,000. The townhouse sales were $403,000 and $1,400,000. The lone chalet sales was at $1,950,000.
