We saw the trend continue of increased sales volume, with 7 sales for the week of March 16 to 22, 2009. This was the highest volume of sales for 2009 thus far. We saw the two highest dollar value sales of Whistler Condos for 2009 this past week. 245 Glacier Lodge a 3.5 bedroom/3 bathroom unit sold for $1,575,000 and 602 Le Chamois a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom penthouse, go for $3,250,000 which was $750,000 over the asking price.
