Three of the sales were single family homes in the $750,000 to $1,200,000 range. Including one sale of 4 bed/3.5 bath, 2800 sq foot house in Nicklaus North neighborhood, for $1,200,000. The house was originally listed as high as $1,699,000 and the most recent asking price was $1,300,000. This was viewed by the Whistler real estate community as an exceptional buy at that price. Homes in this prestigious neighborhood had been selling much closer to the $2,000,000.
