There were 11 property sales in the Whistler real estate market for the week of October 7 to 13, 2019.  

We saw 5 condo sales between $170,000 and $730,000, 5 townhouse sale between $560,000 and $1,549,000 and 2 chalet sales between $2,325,000 and $2,400,000.

38 new property listings hit the Whistler real estate market. Click here to view the new listings for the week and the total active listings total is at 310.  The big reason for all the new listings is the release of 18 new vacant lot listings in the Wedgewoods subdivision.
