This was the 8th sale over $3,000,000 in Whistler this year and the biggest thus far. Ahead of 2008 which only saw 5. The other 5 sales were between $171,000 for a Alpenglow studio to $966,000 for a 4 bedroom chalet in Alpine Meadows.
