Absolutely fantastic experience. Dave is an expert to the region and understands all the ins and outs of Whistler. More impressive is his positive working relationship with other realtors. He had good reason to be unprofessional with the selling realtor, but always took the high road and treated his colleagues with respect even when just speaking with me. I had underestimated the importance of realtor relations to get through logistics and the potential challenges of a transaction. Dave is perfect for this task. Also impressive is he had read through strata details even before we made an offer; very few realtors actually take this time. I recommend him without any reservation.
